In addition to Trina’s antidote, in my opinion, I believe that we are so accustomed to “instant” gratification with the effects of Western medicine that we don’t give alternative methods a chance to do its magic.

I love spicy food in general. Therefore, I look forward to taking a dropper full of the Fire Cider that I purchased from Your Path To Living Well first thing in the mornings. I will try some of the suggested recipes as well.

No specific favorite, for I use them all in combo most days to stay well/away from the doctor. I drink a couple of drops of wild oil of Oregano in water and lime juice upon rising. I use dried basil, thyme leaves/powder and parsley if preparing lunch/dinner. They’re all a staple in my kitchen for cabinet for overall wealthy health.

I’m an avid user of all herbs listed above and then some. Thanks for the reminder.
