Your WELL.ness journey begins the moment you wake up. Instead of immediately reaching for your phone, start with a grounding ritual. Sip warm water with lemon and a pinch of ginger, a powerful root known for stimulating digestion, reducing inflammation, and boosting circulation. Grate a small piece into hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes to create a gentle morning tonic. Pair this with light stretching and a quiet intention for the day. One of the most overworked systems that people aren't talking about.

During one of our recent HEAL.th and WELL.ness classes, we did an intro to the urinary system. It was a part of our "Whats the message" series.



Yes that's a HVAC filter that was used as a prop. There was a message here.


Your urinary system is one of the most underrated detox systems in the body. Every single day, it filters your blood, balances your fluids, regulates minerals, stabilizes blood pressure, and eliminates metabolic waste — quietly, efficiently, and continuously.


When it’s flowing well, you feel clear, energized, and balanced. When it’s struggling, the body whispers… and eventually shouts.


I'm taking a moment to explore a little deeper about this sacred system in the body, what urinary imbalances look like, and how to support it naturally.

🧐What's the message?

Before laboratory tests, imaging, or blood panels existed, the human body itself was the diagnostic tool. Early "healers" understood that internal imbalance always expresses externally. The face, tongue, hair, and nails were viewed as living maps—constantly updating reflections of digestion, circulation, organ vitality, mineral status, emotional health, and nervous system function.


Over the last few weeks, we've been exploring the foundational ways your body talks to you. I'm placing some of the key things we've discussed here as an intro to self-assessing your HEALth experience.
