Know the assignment BEFORE sending in the troops🫡

When your body sparks a fever, it’s not breaking down…it’s breaking through.

A fever is one of the body’s ancient healing tools -a built-in heat shield designed to weaken pathogens and activate immune intelligence.

Instead of fearing a fever, try honoring it. With mindful support and the right botanicals, a fever becomes an ally, not an enemy.

🤒 Fevers can be very beneficial and here's why:

1. Strengthens Immune Response

🌈This is wholistic wellness!

Have you ever wondered why every day we wear a different color?

❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍

It's because we practice color therapy. Yes, that's a thing. Color therapy is energetic nutrition for the soul — just as food nourishes the body, color nourishes the energetic frequency of our emotional and spiritual system.

Color is not merely a visual experience—

color is vibration.

Every color carries a distinct wavelength and resonates with a specific energetic frequency within the human biofield.

Your body has a rhythm to healing...

And it's time we talked about it.

ree

During our recent HEAL.th & WELL.ess class, I shared something that everybody should know about. Your body's circadian rhythm.

Ions ago, it was one of the ways traditional practitioners could help you understand what could be happening with your body. Waking up between 1am-3am, your liver was struggling to detox you. Swollen ankles between 3pm-5pm... your bladder may be a little out of balance. Looking for a little caffeine between 1pm-3pm? This is your livers weakest time and your small intestines are ACTIVELY working to nourish you and process food to move to the colon.

I gonna take a moment to scratch the surface on this topic. Read it. Reread it. And then do an assessment on yourSelf. Does any of these things resonate with you? There could be a reason!

"I'm trying to quit smoking. Is there an herb for that? "

ree

Loaded question and one that I'll have to talk about more in HEAL.THING101 but for this moment, I'm sharing a few to explore.

If you’re looking for a gentle, cleaner way to step away from traditional cigarettes, an #herbal smoking blend can offer grounding, relaxation, and respiratory support without nicotine’s addictive grip.

And I have one for you!

It contains 4️⃣ powerful allies—mullein, mugwort, lavender, and lobelia which have been traditionally used as smoking alternatives that calm the body while helping you break old patterns.

Let's talk briefly about each one...

I test drove the chicory root coffee/tea with some stevia root for just a little sweetener. It’s going to take some getting used to not having super sugary store bought coffee drinks.. I’ll try it with Silk Vanilla Almond Milk.

I have used the Vanilla Almond coffee creamer for a little creamy, sweetness. You might appreciate that taste better than the stevia.
