Over the next 12 weeks, this WELL.ness Wednesday will guide you through simple, powerful, and natural ways to support your body, mind, and spirit without overwhelm or extremes. Each week, I'll share easy-to-follow WELL.ness rituals, nourishing herbal remedies, and grounded practices designed to fit into your real life—because true WELL .ness shouldn’t feel complicated or out of reach.

Hydration check‼️

When the heat rises, hydration becomes non‑negotiable. Water helps regulate body temperature, supports circulation, digestion, energy, and helps your body cool itself through sweating.
Do you remember the water rule?
➡️ Half your body weight in oz
How about when it's hot outside?
🤔 I'll wait.

One of the most overworked systems that people aren't talking about.
During one of our recent HEAL.th and WELL.ness classes, we did an intro to the urinary system. It was a part of our "Whats the message" series.
Yes that's a HVAC filter that was used as a prop. There was a message here.
Your urinary system is one of the most underrated detox systems in the body. Every single day, it filters your blood, balances your fluids, regulates minerals, stabilizes blood pressure, and eliminates metabolic waste — quietly, efficiently, and continuously.
When it’s flowing well, you feel clear, energized, and balanced. When it’s struggling, the body whispers… and eventually shouts.
I'm taking a moment to explore a little deeper about this sacred system in the body, what urinary imbalances look like, and how to support it naturally.

🧐What's the message?
Before laboratory tests, imaging, or blood panels existed, the human body itself was the diagnostic tool. Early "healers" understood that internal imbalance always expresses externally. The face, tongue, hair, and nails were viewed as living maps—constantly updating reflections of digestion, circulation, organ vitality, mineral status, emotional health, and nervous system function.
Over the last few weeks, we've been exploring the foundational ways your body talks to you. I'm placing some of the key things we've discussed here as an intro to self-assessing your HEALth experience. Use these messages to help you and your medical team understand what your body could be actually telling you.
Now grab a 🪞mirror and get to looking!

When it comes to the face, look at some of these indicators:

Controlling the controllable
So much is occurring in the world.
The sky is being polluted.
The water,contaminated.
The "food" products, lacking nutrients.
Some things we can't control BUT what we allow in our home...managable.
Now..that’s interesting. Where does one get washing soda from? I never heard of that item.

Know the assignment BEFORE sending in the troops🫡

When your body sparks a fever, it’s not breaking down…it’s breaking through.
A fever is one of the body’s ancient healing tools -a built-in heat shield designed to weaken pathogens and activate immune intelligence.
Instead of fearing a fever, try honoring it. With mindful support and the right botanicals, a fever becomes an ally, not an enemy.
🤒 Fevers can be very beneficial and here's why:

🌈This is wholistic wellness!
Have you ever wondered why every day we wear a different color?
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍
It's because we practice color therapy. Yes, that's a thing. Color therapy is energetic nutrition for the soul — just as food nourishes the body, color nourishes the energetic frequency of our emotional and spiritual system.
Color is not merely a visual experience—
color is vibration.
Every color carries a distinct wavelength and resonates with a specific energetic frequency within the human biofield.

Week 3: Herbal Support for Everyday Balance
Herbs are gentle yet effective allies for maintaining balance in the body. Incorporating herbs like chamomile for relaxation, ginger for digestion, or nettle for mineral support can make a noticeable difference. Start with one herbal tea per day and observe how your body responds. Herbal wellness is not about quick fixes—it’s about building a relationship with nature and allowing consistency to do the work.
I'll be conversating with Moringa, the nutrient-dense superfood, over the next week. Moringa leaves contain iron, calcium, potassium, vitamins A, C, and E, and many more essential nutrients, as well as antioxidants and protein, which are vital in enhancing the immune system. It also enhances liver function by increasing the activity of enzymes that are used in metabolism and detoxification. #chlorophyll What herb will you connect with over the next 7 days?
