Loaded question and one that I'll have to talk about more in HEAL.THING101 but for this moment, I'm sharing a few to explore.

This remedy was blended with intentions of supporting you with a healthier alternative to cigarettes or vape pens. We are not advocating smoking because there's a chemistry that takes place when that happens but sometimes you have to choose your hard. As with any herb, do your research.
And before you ask, you don't have to be a cigarette smoker to enjoy these herbs in a smoke. Our ancestors used them to help primarily with supporting the respiratory system especially when things got a little "congested".
