It's because we practice color therapy. Yes, that's a thing. Color therapy is energetic nutrition for the soul — just as food nourishes the body, color nourishes the energetic frequency of our emotional and spiritual system.
Color is not merely a visual experience—
color is vibration.
Every color carries a distinct wavelength and resonates with a specific energetic frequency within the human biofield.
Today we understand color as electromagnetic energy—extending into our cells, nervous system, mood states, and subtle body fields.
Color therapy suggests that each color can harmonize or recalibrate an aspect of emotional, physical, or spiritual imbalance.

I'm gonna share a little innerstanding about colors and how to incorporate them into your WELLness journey.
