Who's loving that all-natural paint job?

Inquiring minds want to know who's loving that temporary paint job courtesy of Mother Nature.

And how is your body handling it? 😷


Well, we can't offer herbal remedies to help keep your vehicle clean... oh wait we can...Soapnuts. That's a conversation for another day. But we can talk about some remedies to support your body with managing your current health experiences. 🤧


Seasonal allergies can be frustrating, but nature provides relief! I'm sharing 9️⃣ herbs that have antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting properties to help ease allergy symptoms.😵‍💫


🌿Nettle aka Stinging Nettles – A natural antihistamine that helps reduce sneezing, runny nose, and itching.


🌿Peppermint – Contains rosmarinic acid, which helps relieve sinus congestion and soothe irritated airways.


🌿Ginger – A powerful anti-inflammatory that supports immune function and clears congestion.


🌿Chamomile – Helps calm allergic reactions and reduce inflammation.


🌿Thyme – A natural expectorant that helps loosen mucus and ease respiratory discomfort.


🌿Goldenrod – Supports sinus drainage, reduces inflammation, and helps clear excess mucus.


🌿Elderflower– Supports respiratory health and helps clear sinuses.


🌿Turmeric – Contains curcumin, which reduces inflammation and supports immune balance.


🌿Lemon Balm– A soothing herb that eases respiratory irritation and reduces stress-related allergy flare-ups.

Here's 2️⃣ recipes to try and if you need the herbs, I got you covered:


♡Soothing Nettle & Peppermint Tea::

This refreshing tea helps open airways and ease congestion.


Ingredients:

1 tsp dried nettle leaves

1 tsp dried peppermint leaves

1 slice fresh ginger

1 cup hot water

Honey (optional but it must be local and this is one of the rare moments when I'll recommend it)


Instructions:

Steep the herbs and ginger in hot water for 10 minutes.

Strain and sweeten with honey if desired.

Sip and enjoy allergy relief up to 4 cups a day.


♡Anti-Inflammatory Chamomile & Thyme Tea::

A calming blend to reduce inflammation and promote respiratory health.


Ingredients:

1 tsp dried chamomile flowers

½ tsp dried thyme leaves

1 cup hot water

Lemon slice (optional but highly encouraged because it'll support the immune system and help with lymphatic congestion)


Instructions:

Steep herbs in hot water for 10 minutes.

Strain if you must and add lemon if desired.

Drink warm to ease allergy symptoms up to 3 cups a day.
