Get some herbal love

Something vibrationally-powerful is about to happen with these roses.

They'll connect with some water and align to the energy of the sun. They'll spend a few moments in a quartz crystal singing bowl. They'll connect with Reiki energy. They will rest in all of that. Just for a spell. Then, all of that 🌹 love will be placed in smoke-cleansed bottles for someone special.

Roses offer several health benefits and here are three of them:

🌹Rich in Antioxidants:: Rose petals are packed with antioxidants like vitamin C, polyphenols, and flavonoids, which help combat oxidative stress and support the immune system.

🌹Anti-inflammatory and Antibacterial Properties:: Rose water and rose extracts have natural anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, making them useful for soothing skin irritations, reducing redness, and supporting wound healing.

🌹Mood Enhancement and Stress Relief:: The scent of roses has been shown to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and improve mood. Rose tea or aromatherapy with rose oil may help alleviate stress and mild depression symptoms.

Now... I am hearing "How do I incorporate 🌹🌹 into my healing experience?"

Glad you asked. 😉
