◇Affinity: Circulatory system, urinary system, respiratory system, immune system

□Daily Practice: Drink an overnight nettle infusion (1 oz dried leaf steeped in a quart of water overnight) for all-day nourishment.

I’ve finally tried the chicory root as a coffee substitute with Silk Almond creamer and love it! I also found that making a hot tea incorporating the leaves of lemon balm with peppermint or red clover leaves with a little bit of crushed stevia leaves was delightful. Thanks again Katrina for taking the time to introduce/encourage us to create our own apothecary to participate in our own healing journey!
