A grounding tea to support energy, prostate health, stress relief, and hormone balance.
You’ll need:
•2 tsp Nettle Leaf – Energizing & prostate-supportive
•1 tsp Ashwagandha Root – Balances stress & testosterone
•1 tsp Saw Palmetto Berries – Supports hormonal & prostate health
•1 tsp Ginger Root – Boosts circulation & reduces inflammation
•½ tsp Cinnamon – Regulates blood sugar & boosts libido 😉
•1 tsp Spearmint Leaves – Refreshes & aids digestion
Instructions:
1.Combine herbs in a teapot or heat-safe jar.
2.Pour in 3 cups of hot water (just below boiling).
3.Cover, steep for 10–15 minutes.
4.Strain and sip slowly... unless you have an herbal infusion straw from my space which eliminates the need to strain.

Mix Epsom salt, dried rosemary, and a few drops of lavender essential oil in a hot bath.
